Rising Star Players Agency was idealized by the Brazilian soccer coach Clebson Duarte, who after seeing the difficulties of so many young soccer talents around the world without any opportunity, decided to create a platform where their talents could be displayed, analyzed and given it a chance. Unfortunately, many potential athletes give up their dreams because no proper chance is given to them, besides lack of a proper training platform and guidance, and unfair selection processes, despite their amazing potential of becoming high level professionals.

"That's sad to see so many potential Peles, Ronaldinhos, Cristianos, Messis and Casillas having to throw their talents away because there isn't a fair and professional platform where they can display their skills, grow, develop and become great athletes. So, I decided to do my part by making it possible at least to some", coach Clebson Duarte remarked.

Since then, RSPA has been serving not only athletes but also professionals of several work streams from different countries, initially connecting Brazil to Asia, and now a worldwide network.

RSPA simply creates a bridge between the talent and the ones in need of them, so that together they may serve the society with what's best.
