TRAINING PROCESS

We understand that Modern Football requires much more from current players than in the previous decades. Therefore, our aim is to form players able to think and make the game, using his theoretical and practical knowledge, experience and skills, in order to respond quickly and successfully to any scenario on the pitch, physically, mentally and technically. A modern professional player must be trained to deal with people inside and outside of the field. In order to honor the reputation of his team and teammates, he should be a good example of citizen in society as well.

Understanding such requirements faced by the modern player, we go for an alternative style of thinking and training football. The best way to change any structure and segment is working with children, regarding their initial physical development process, swiftness in learning, the beginning of their personality construction, thoughts, willingness and worldview, among many other abilities. So, we decided to start with 7 year-old children that will receive training for years to come, when they should be prepared to represent any professional team around the world, able to satisfy the requirements of modern football standards.

Our students receive proper physical training from experienced professional conditioning and strengthening coaches. They also receive theoretical and practical training, where they can learn football techniques, tactical systems, and all sort of football skills, utilizing modern training materials. During our training sessions they also receive moral and ethical teaching, in order to prepare them to deal with society, both as a citizen and a representative of football, which is the most popular sport in the world.

As we are a professional Academy, the student’s improvement is measured through practical and written periodical exams. Thus, we’re able to detect the exact point which needs to be improved, in order to supply each student with the help they need, so that the squad may grow harmonically in quality and capacity, and also to provide to their parents/guardians or sponsors, a clear picture of their kids’ development.

                                                 

PHILOSOPHY

Football is an amazing sport, and must be respected and honored as it deserves. So, those who teach football must do that with responsibility and care. Football must be accessible to all social levels, regardless their race, color, nationality, gender, and language. Football has the power of influencing a whole society and nation, and of uniting ancient enemies or divided countries. It has power of bringing back dignity, joy and peace. But, if used by irresponsible and evil hands, then it may cause destruction and enmity.

Therefore, our responsibility and hard work is to bring back the glory and beauty of pure football, played by those who enjoy, respect and know it very well.
